Ho Seok Kee is a Singaporean artist. She graduated with a Diploma in Fine Art (Distinction) at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) in 2016, and was one of the two valedictorians for her cohort. She is a recipient of the NAFA Entry Scholarship (Degree) in 2017. She graduated with Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Fine Art at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts/University of Loughborough (UK) in 2018, where her graduating artwork won the Killiney Art Prize Top Achiever Award (Degree).
Kee is currently pursuing a M.Sc. in Applied Gerontology at the Nanyang Technological University and is expected to graduate in 2022.
A winner of the UOB Painting of The Year, Silver Award, Established Artist category in 2018, her key practice involves research about her living environment, immigration and transplantation, science and technology innovations. She works predominantly in Chinese ink. She finds inspiration from the precision and meticulous processes involved in the execution of each ink painting, which is transcendental in its own form. Her works dating 2020 are mostly in acrylic on canvas due to limiting factors arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
